1. Registration / Joining Fees All registration or joining fees paid to Rimes Healthpoint for diagnostic or pathology lab partnership are generally non-refundable once the registration process has been initiated.
  2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

If the registration payment was made twice due to a technical error.

If Rimes Healthpoint is unable to provide the promised joining or services due to internal reasons.

If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and the registration process has not yet started.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

If the joining process has already been completed.

If documents and credentials have already been submitted and verified.

If the applicant decides to cancel the joining after the onboarding process has begun.

If incorrect information was provided by the applicant.

  1. Refund Processing If a refund is approved:

The amount will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction.
